"I would just say that I booked from an online source over the phone. I was there for a funeral and only stayed one night. When I arrived at the hotel (very late), the reservation was for the wrong date and they did not know I had a pet that would be staying with me. The man at the front desk did take care of everything, but it could have been a nightmare otherwise."
